Ryan grew up in East Texas on a 230-acre ranch that was 10 miles away from the nearest town. Small town ethics and integrity are just two of the many lessons he learned growing up in a rural environment. Ryan came to Aggieland in 2004 and graduated from Texas A&M University in 2007 with a degree in Agricultural Economics. He started inspecting homes in 2014 and has inspected a vast array of residential, commercial, and rural real estate. He has over 700 inspections under his belt and is a NAWT certified inspector (septic systems), well, and wood-destroying insect inspections.

Ryan lives in Bryan with his wife Sarah and their son Scott who was born in May 2019. In his spare time, he enjoys hunting and fishing, and everything outdoors.
